My work is rooted in my love of the Divine and being of service through sacred sound healing & music, prayer, breathwork, expressive healing arts, and whole life transformational & wellness coaching. It is through my own life journey, gifts, passion, and interests; I offer my work as a sacred gift to others.

I am a Practitioner & Sacred Space Holder with certifications and training in Sacred Sound Healing, Energy Medicine, Breathwork, Transformational Life & Wellness Coach, Tuning the Biofield, Reiki, Expressive Healing Arts, and Energetic Women’s Flow Dance. I am a College Music Major, weaving my love for sound and vibration into the sacred healing arts.
