Includes six 1.75 hour sessions meeting one a week. You’ll receive accountability practices, tools & information, somatic movement, breathwork, sound healing, meditation & coaching…..$780

6 Week Women’s Group Transformational Embodiment Journey to create Brain, Heart, and Body coherency to assist you on your path, embodying your vitality and health, purpose, and passion. Ceremonies consists of somatic practices, breathwork, sound healing, bodywork, biofield tuning, and integration. You will be welcomed into a beautiful space invited to choose your angel bed or massage table, you will be encouraged to set your intention and be guided on a deep inward journey with integration and closing at the end. We meet in a small group 4 to 7 women once a week for 2 hours.
6 Week Package….$360

Semi Private 6 Week Transformational Embodiment Journey for 2-3 individuals. You enter into a beautiful sacred safe space, find the heated massage table that speaks to you. During the 6 week journey you will begin to notice and feel shifts that connects you more fully to your deeper essence. The Semi private sessions are 2 hours in length and consist of somatic grounding practices, breath work, sound healing, reiki, biofield tuning, and integration.
